Updated Terms & Conditions

We have updated our Terms and Conditions. 



In line with Australian law, we’ve made a minor change to ensure anyone who may be legally exempt from wearing a helmet is still covered under these Terms and Conditions. 



The CityCycle scheme was implemented as an active form of public transport and is to be used for personal and recreational purposes only. To ensure the best experience for our customers, use of the CityCycle scheme for commercial purposes, such as food delivery, is now in breach of our Terms and Conditions. 



Casual Passes purchased at a CityCycle station have a security deposit of $48 pre-authorised on their account. Once a Casual Pass has expired, this deposit is released by CityCycle back to the account used to purchase the Pass. It’s important to note the processing time it takes for the bank/financial institution to release these funds can vary significantly.
